Meet the Founder

Kerry Loeffler, Insight Leader & Facilitator, for more than 30 years, she has been helping people grow in their careers as a Talent Development professional. She has worked in healthcare, education, associations, and professional services. Her roles have included being a business owner, serving as an association vice president, coaching executives, helping people with career transitions, managing career pathways, training others, and working in nutrition and patient care. Kerry has also been the volunteer board chairperson for two professional societies.

Kerry participates in two networks of coaches and consultants: TTI Success Insights and Trusted Advisors Network. As a TTI SI Value-Added Associate, Kerry is certified in the assessment sciences of DISC,12 Driving Forces® and TriMetrix® HD and is also a certified TTI SI SmartRev Partner. She serves as an Affiliate with Trusted Advisors Network. Additionally, Kerry is an authorized reseller of My Talent Planner.
